Stephen A. Wynn

Overview

Mr. Wynn has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since June 2002. From April 2000 to September 2002, Mr. Wynn was the managing member of Valvino Lamore LLC ("Valvino"), the Company's predecessor and its wholly owned subsidiary. Mr. Wynn also serves as an officer and/or director of several of our subsidiaries. From 1973 until 2000, Mr. Wynn served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mirage Resorts, Incorporated, and its predecessor. Mr. Wynn is married to Elaine P. Wynn, a director of the Company.
