Stephen P. Reynolds
Overview
Mr. Reynolds is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Puget Energy, Inc. and of its wholly owned utility subsidiary, Puget Sound Energy, Inc. He became Chairman of the Board in 2005, having held the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer since 2002. Prior to joining Puget Energy, Mr. Reynolds was President and Chief Executive Officer of Reynolds Energy International, an energy advisory firm, from 1997 to 2001, and prior to that was President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Gas Transmission Company. Mr. Reynolds has been a director of Intermec since 2005 and serves on the Audit Committee and the Governance Committee. He also serves on the boards of the Edison Electric Institute, the American Gas Association, the ArtsFund and the 5th Avenue Theatre, both of Seattle, the Nature Conservancy of Washington, the Washington Roundtable and Green Diamond Resources Company.
