Mr. Stewart, age 55, has been our Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence and Chief Procurement Officer since January 2006 and prior to that served as Vice President of Supply Chain Management. Before joining Tyco in 2003 Mr. Stewart was Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Invensys plc and Vice President of Supply Chain Management with the Raytheon Company. He also spent 18 years with United Technologies Corporation where he held numerous senior level supply chain and operational positions.
