Ms. Alterio has served as President, Bard Medical Division since October 2004. On June 25, 2008, C. R. Bard Inc. announced that Amy S. Paul will retire from her position as Group Vice President of the Company effective as of December 31, 2008. The Company has appointed Sharon M. Alterio as Group Vice President to replace Ms. Paul.
