Ryan T. Vero

Overview

Ryan T. Vero, 38, was first elected an officer of the Company on November 1, 2004. Mr. Vero has served as executive vice president and chief merchandising officer of the Company since June, 2005. He served as executive vice president, merchandising of the Company from 2004 until June 27, 2005 when he was promoted to executive vice president and chief merchandising officer. Mr. Vero previously served as executive vice president, merchandising and marketing of OfficeMax, Inc., beginning in 2001 and executive vice president, e-commerce/direct of OfficeMax, Inc., beginning in 1995.
