Rozanne L. Ridgway

Overview

Rozanne L. Ridgway, Former Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Canada. Ms. Ridgway served 32 years with the U.S. State Department, including service as Ambassador to the German Democratic Republic and to Finland, and, from 1985 until her retirement in 1989, as Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Canada. Ms. Ridgway is on the boards of the following public companies in addition to The Boeing Company: 3M Company, Emerson Electric Company, Manpower Inc., and Sara Lee Corporation. She is also a director/trustee in three funds in the American Funds complex. Ms. Ridgway is the Chair of the Governance, Organization and Nominating Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.
