Royal Cole, III

Overview

Royal Cole is our Executive Vice President and General Manager, Western Union Payment Services, and leads our United States Agent Network Management group. Prior to taking this position in September 2006, Mr. Cole had responsibility for Western Union's Payment Services including Retail Money Orders and Prepaid Services since December 2005. From December 2001 to December 2005, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Agent Network Management for Western Union. Prior to that time, Mr. Cole was Senior Vice President and General Manager of ValueLink from November 1999 to November 2001. Prior to joining Western Union in 1991, Mr. Cole held sales and sales management positions with the Pepsi-Cola Company.
