Mr. Manly was elected Executive Vice President in August 2006 and served as Interim Chief Financial Officer from January 2007 to June 2007. Prior to August 2006, he was President since October 1996 and Chief Operating Officer since June 2005 of PSF. On June 6, 2008, Mr. Manly was named to the additional position of Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2008.
