Robert Stevens Miller, Jr., 65, Director since 2003. Mr. Miller served as non-executive Chairman of the Board of Federal Mogul Corporation from 2004 to 2005. He previously served as Chairman and CEO of Bethlehem Steel Corporation (steel manufacturer that filed for protection under federal bankruptcy laws on October 15, 2001) from 2001 to 2003, Chairman and CEO of Federal Mogul Corporation (auto parts supplier that filed for protection under federal bankruptcy laws on October 1, 2001) from 1999 to 2000, and Chairman and CEO of Waste Management, Inc. (waste services) from 1997 to 1999. He serves as a director of Symantec Corporation.
