Robert P. Kelly

Overview

Mr. Kelly served as a director of Mellon Financial Corporation from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Kelly has served as our Chief Executive Officer since the merger in 2007. Prior to the merger, Mr. Kelly served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Mellon Financial Corporation from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Kelly served as Chief Financial Officer of Wachovia Corporation, a financial services company, and Wachovia's predecessor, First Union Corporation, from 2000 to 2006. Effective July 31, 2008. Mr. Kelly become Chairman of the Board of Directors.
