Mr. Joss, 65, has been Philip H. Knight professor and dean of the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, Palo Alto, California, since September 1999. From 1993 to 1999, he served as chief executive officer and managing director of Westpac Banking Corporation, one of Australia's largest banking organizations. He is also a director of Agilent Technologies, Inc. Mr. Joss became a director of the Company in 1999.
