Robert Johnson, 57, has been named vice president and director of planning, budgeting and forecasting. In this new role, Johnson will be responsible for leading the development of corporate budgets, and integrating financial analysis and strategies that will impact budget formulation, execution and forecasting processes. Johnson joined JCPenney in 1976, and has held positions of increasing responsibility within the Finance organization.
