ROBERT J. CLANIN, Director Since, 2001. Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (Retired), United Parcel Service. Mr. Clanin served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of United Parcel Service from 1994 until his retirement on January 1, 2001 after 31 years of service. Mr. Clanin also served as a director of United Parcel Service between 1996 and 2000. Mr. Clanin currently serves as a director of the John H. Harland Company (currently serving on its audit committee) and is expected to serve as a director of JetBlue Airways Corporation subsequent to its annual stockholders meeting on May 9, 2007 (and is expected to serve on the audit committee).
