Mr. Boulware, now retired, was President and Chief Executive Officer of ING Funds Distributor, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of ING Groep, N.V. engaged in the distribution of mutual funds through intermediary and affiliate channels, with which he was an executive officer from 1992 to 2006. Mr. Boulware specialized in wholesale distribution in financial services for 25 years.
