Overview

On April 22, 2008, Campbell Soup Company announced that Robert A. Schiffner, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, plans to retire from the Company. Mr. Schiffner will resign from his position as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer by August 1, 2008, or earlier if his successor is appointed, and will retire from the Company on January 31, 2009. He joined the company in 2001, and oversees the Controller's, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Treasury and Tax departments.
