Mr. Stein joined Bruker BioSciences' board of directors in February 2000 and is the Company's secretary. Since January 1993, Mr. Stein has been a partner with Nixon Peabody LLP, a law firm, or a predecessor entity, Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar. Mr. Stein holds a B.A. degree from Brandeis University and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
