Richard M. Kovacevich, 63, Business Experience: Mr. Kovacevich has served as our Chairman since April 2001, and as our Chief Executive Officer since November 1998. Mr. Kovacevich also served as our President from November 1998 to August 2005.Other Directorships: Cargill, Incorporated; Cisco Systems, Inc.; Target Corporation. Effective June 26, 2007, Mr. Kovacevich will continue as Chairman.
