Mr. Rosenfield, 61, has served as a Director of the Company since April 1994. He is the Chair of the Executive Committee. In 2002, Mr. Rosenfield co-founded and served as co-President of LA Food Show, Inc., which is now owned by California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. From 1973 to 1985, Mr. Rosenfield was a principal and partner of the law firm of Flax & Rosenfield, a private law firm in Beverly Hills, California. From 1969 to 1973, Mr. Rosenfield served as an attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice. He is a 1969 graduate of DePaul University College of Law.
