Richard J. Almeida, 64, Director since February 1, 2006. Mr. Almeida served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Heller Financial, Inc. (commercial finance and investment company) from 1995 until his retirement in 2001. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Heller from 1987 until 1995. He serves as a director of Corn Products International and eFunds Corporation.
