Richard H. Bagger, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Public Affairs and Policy, since August 2006. Since joining Pfizer in 1993, Mr. Bagger has held various positions of increasing responsibility in Pfizer's Corporate Affairs Division. He was promoted to Vice President, Government Relations in 2002 and to Senior Vice President, Government Relations in 2003. He assumed additional responsibility for Public Affairs and Policy in 2005. Prior to joining Pfizer, he was Assistant General Counsel of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey and previously practiced law with the firm of McCarter and English. Mr. Bagger also served in both houses of the New Jersey legislature.
