Richard A. Manoogian
Overview
Mr. Manoogian, 70, joined the Company in 1958, was elected Vice President and a Director in 1964 and President in 1968 and has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 1985. He is a director of Ford Motor Company and JPMorgan Chase & Co. On June 2, 2007, the Board of Directors of Masco Corporation elected Richard Manoogian to the newly created position of Executive Chairman effective July 1, 2007. As previously reported, Mr. Manoogian expressed his desire to transition from his current role as Chief Executive Officer effective July 1, 2007.
