Overview
Mr. McGuire is a partner of Pershing Square Capital Management, L.P. He is one of five senior professionals responsible for managing approximately $6 billion in investor capital, a role that includes evaluating, initiating and monitoring investments across a wide range of industries including, among others, retail, consumer, business services and financial services. Prior to joining Pershing Square in 2005, Mr. McGuire held positions at private equity funds J.H. Whitney & Co., and Stonington Partners, Inc. Mr. McGuire holds a masters degree in business administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a bachelors degree from Princeton University. He has served as a director of the Company since January 2008.
