Overview
Renzo Costi is a lawyer and served as a magistrate from 1964 to 1968. He is currently Professor of Company Law at the University of Bologna. He was founder, and is currently co-editor, of the magazines "Giurisprudenza Commerciale", "Banca Impresa e Societa" and "Banca, Borsa e titoli di credito". He is a member of the Board of Directors of Editrice Il Mulino SpA. He has been an independent director of Eni SpA since May 1996.
