Overview
Mr. Rousselet has served as our Corporate Controller since September 2006 and as our Principal Accounting Officer since February 2007. From May 2006 to September 2006, Mr. Rousselet worked as a consultant for Tag-It Pacific, Inc. (TAG), a publicly-traded apparel company. From November 2004 to May 2006, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Asbestos Control Testing, Inc., a privately held interior demolition company, and from 1999 to 2004 he was the President and Chief Financial Officer of a privately held professional employment organization called ProService Inc. Prior to 1999, Mr. Rousselet served as either the Chief Financial Officer or Corporate Controller for a variety of entertainment companies in Los Angeles including two public companies called Hemdale Communications Inc. (no longer in existence) and The Kushner-Locke Company (KLOC.PK), a television programming company. Mr. Rousselet received a Degree in Accounting from California State University Northridge in 1977 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1979 while working as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co.
