Mr. Zimmerman has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of 99c Stuff, Inc. (a retail company) since 2003. He was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of 99c Stuff, LLC from 1999 to 2003. In January 2007, 99c Stuff, Inc. filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code and in October 2007 99c Stuff, Inc. emerged from bankruptcy.
