Ray G. Young, 46, has been elected Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective March 3, 2008. Mr. Young has been Group Vice President of Finance since November 1, 2007. He was previously President and Managing Director of GM do Brasil, from January 2004 to November 2007 and GMNA Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from August 2001 to January 2004.
