He previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the F-22 Program from November 2002 to December 2004; Chief Operating Officer for Aeronautics from November 1999 to November 2002; and Vice President of Business Development for Lockheed Martin Tactical Aircraft Systems from January 1996 to November 1999.
