Ralph Alvarez

Overview

Ralph Alvarez, 51, is President and Chief Operating Officer, a position to which he was appointed in August 2006. He served as President of McDonald' North America from January 2005 to August 2006 and as President, McDonald's USA, from July 2004 to January 2005. From January 2003 to July 2004, Mr. Alvarez served as the Chief Operations Officer for McDonald's USA. Prior to that time, he served as President, Central Division from October 2001 to January 2003. Except for a brief period in 1999, Mr. Alvarez has been with the Company for 12 years.
