On July 31, 2008, the Board of Directors of RealNetworks, Inc. approved the expansion of the Board to seven directors and appointed Pradeep Jotwani as a non-employee director. Mr. Jotwani was employed by Hewlett-Packard Company from 1982 to 2007, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of the Printing Supplies Global Business Unit from 2002 to 2007.
