Phillip P. DePaul

Overview

Phillip P. DePaul, 37, was first elected an officer of the Company on November 1, 2004. Mr. DePaul became the senior vice president and controller of the Company in 2004, and assumed the title of chief accounting officer of the Company in April 2006. Mr. DePaul previously served as senior vice president and controller of OfficeMax, Inc. beginning in 2000, and as director of financial planning of OfficeMax, Inc. beginning in 1998. On March 11, 2008, Phillip DePaul, OfficeMax Incorporated's Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, advised the company that he will resign from his position effective following a brief transition period.
