Mr. Cross has served as our Chief Accounting Officer since September 2007. From June 2006 until joining the Company, Mr. Cross served as an independent consultant, including to the Company. From 1980 until his retirement in June 2006, he was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (and its predecessor entities), most recently serving as a senior partner in that firm's Technology, Information, Communications and Entertainment practice. Mr. Cross is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ('AICPA'). Mr. Cross has over 35 years experience in film and entertainment accounting. Mr. Cross previously was a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and also was on the Board of Directors of the American Cinematheque and a financial advisor to the British American Film and Television Academy of Los Angeles.
