Philip J. Quigley

Overview

Mr. Quigley, 64, served as chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Pacific Telesis Group, a telecommunications holding company in San Francisco, California, from April 1994 until his retirement in December 1997. He also serves as a director of SRI International, Nuance Communications, Inc. and as an advisory director of Thomas Weisel Partners LLC. Mr. Quigley became a director of the former Wells Fargo in 1994.
