Philip Duff

Overview

Phillip Duff has served as one of our directors since 2001. Mr. Duff has served as chairman and chief executive officer of Robson Ventures, LLC since January 2007. From January 2000 to 2006, he served as chairman and chief executive officer of FrontPoint Partners LLC, an investment management firm which he founded. Previous to that, Mr. Duff was the chief financial officer of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. Mr. Duff is currently a director of Ambac Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Duff holds a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
