Paul J. Ferri

Overview

Mr. Ferri has served as a member of our board of directors since May 2000. Mr. Ferri is a founding partner of Matrix Partners, a venture capital firm, where he has been a General Partner since February 1982. Mr. Ferri also serves on the board of directors of Sycamore Networks, Inc. and Netezza Corporation. Mr. Ferri holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Cornell University, an M.S. in electrical engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
