On June 5, 2008, our board of directors passed a resolution to convene an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on June 27, 2008, to vote on the appointment of Pal-Seung Lee to a three-year term as our standing director and chairman and chief executive officer to replace Mr. Bahk. Mr. Lee is 64 years of age and was formerly the chief executive officer of Woori Investment & Securities and an executive managing director of Hanil Bank. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Business Administration from Korea University.
