Overview
Mr. Herrera currently serves as President of our wholly-owned subsidiary MediaDefender, Inc., which was acquired on July 28, 2005. Mr. Herrera previously served as VP, Business Development and Chief Financial Officer of MediaDefender, Inc. since he co-founded the company in July 2000. Effective February 2008, Mr. Herrera was elected to the Board of Directors of Jibro, Inc. a mobile entertainment company. Mr. Herrera received a Bachelor degree in Physics from Occidental College in 1998.
