Noah J. Hanft, age 55, is General Counsel, Chief Franchise Officer and Corporate Secretary of MasterCard Incorporated and MasterCard International. Prior to joining MasterCard, Mr. Hanft was associated with the intellectual property law firm of Ladas & Parry in New York. Mr. Hanft began his career as an attorney with the Legal Aid Society and now serves as a member of its board of directors.
