Nicolas Kauser

Overview

Mr. Kauser has been a director of our company since December 1999. From February 2004 to present, Mr. Kauser has served as a member of the board of directors, and since January 2005 to present, has additionally served as chief technology officer of Clearwire Corporation, a company dedicated to the implementation of wireless broadband services in various countries. From 1990 through 1998, Mr. Kauser served as executive vice president and chief technology officer of AT&T Wireless Services, Seattle, Washington (formerly McCaw Cellular Communications, Inc.). From 1984 through 1990, Mr. Kauser was employed by Rogers Cantel, Inc., a Canadian wireless service provider, as vice president of engineering and later, senior vice president of network operations. He was a member of Cantel's board of directors from 1990 to 1998. Mr. Kauser received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
