Overview

Stephen Cronin is president, Xerox Global Services, a position he has held since April 2007. Cronin was named a corporate vice president in December 2004, and promoted to a senior vice president of the corporation in July 2008. Xerox Global Services provides document management consulting and outsourcing services, records management, digital imaging, e-discovery for litigation support, HR compliance and much more. Cronin joined Xerox in April 1989 as human resource director for European Systems Business. Since then he has held a variety of positions including director of Xerox Europe marketing and communications, director of United Kingdom human resources and quality, and vice president, human resources, Europe. He also served as managing director of the United Kingdom/Ireland, where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of the full product and global services portfolio. Most recently, he was chief of staff for Xerox's Developing Markets Operations. Prior to joining Xerox, he held positions with Computervision Corporation, a Boston-based software company, as its U.K. director of group resources, and at John Crane, Ltd., U.K., as a mechanical design engineer. Cronin holds a diploma in mechanical engineering from Thames Valley University, U.K. He is a member of the Charted Institute of Human Resources and Development and a member of the Mechanical Institute of Engineering.
