Overview
Mr. Scarpa joined the Company in 1983 as budget manager and served in various management positions thereafter. In 1991, Mr. Scarpa was promoted to Vice President - Divisional Controller and in 1995 he was promoted to Vice President - Financial Planning and Operations. Effective July 2000, he became Vice President - Chief Financial Officer, in July 2002 he became Senior Vice President - Chief Financial Officer, and in May 2005 he became Senior Vice President - Finance and Distribution and Chief Financial Officer. Effective January 31, 2007, Mr. Scarpa was appointed Chief Operating Officer. Michael Scarpa, Chief Operating Officer, will be leaving the Company effective November 30, 2008.
