Michael Linton, 51, joined the Board of Directors in March 2005. Mr. Linton has served as eBay's Senior Vice President for eBay Motors, eBay Canada, Half.com, eBay Stores and ProStores since December 2006. Prior to this, Mr. Linton was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Best Buy Co., Inc., a specialty retailer of consumer-electronics and related products and services, from January 1999 through August 2006.
