Overview
Mr. Nicholson joined the Company in September 2007 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Previously, since 2006 he was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Victoria's Secret Beauty Company, a subsidiary of Limited Brands, Inc. From 2005 to 2006, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Victoria's Secret Beauty Company and from 2001 to 2005 as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. On July 15, 2008, effective immediately Mr. Nicholson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume additional leadership responsibility for Information Technology and Global Procurement.
