Michael Horgan has served as a director of Ryanair Holdings since January 12, 2001. A former Chief Pilot of Aer Lingus, he, from time to time, acts as a consultant to a number of international airlines and civil aviation authorities, the European Commission and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Mr. Horgan is an Irish citizen.
