Michael Goldstein, age 65, was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Toys "R" Us, Inc. until his retirement in June 2001. From June 2001 through May 2006, Mr. Goldstein was the Chairman of Toys "R" Us, Inc. Children's Fund.
