Maura J. Clark

Maura J. Clark, age 49, has served as a director since August 2005. Since September 2007, Ms. Clark has served as president, direct energy business, of Direct Energy Services, LLC, an energy and energy services provider in North America and a subsidiary of United Kingdom based Centrica plc. From July 2006 to September 2007, Ms. Clark served as executive vice president, mergers and acquisitions, of Direct Energy Services LLC. From April 2005 until July 2006, Ms. Clark was the senior vice president, North American strategy and mergers and acquisitions of Direct Energy Services.
