Matthew M. McKenna, 56, has been Senior Vice President of Finance since August 2001. From 1998 until 2001, Mr. McKenna was Senior Vice President and Treasurer. Mr. McKenna began his career at PepsiCo as Vice President, Taxes in 1993, and he became Senior Vice President, Taxes in 1998. Mr. McKenna is a director of PepsiAmericas, Inc. and a member of the Management Committee of Pepsi Bottling Ventures. Mr. McKenna is also a director of Foot Locker, Inc. Matthew McKenna will be retiring from PepsiCo effective December 31, 2007, to assume the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Keep America Beautiful, Inc.
