Overview

Ms. Hund-Mejean, age 46, has been our Senior Vice President and Treasurer since December 2002. Prior to joining Tyco, Ms. Hund-Mejean served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Lucent Technologies, Inc. from November 2000 to December 2002. Prior to joining Lucent, she spent 12 years at General Motors where she held various positions of ascending importance, including most recently Assistant Treasurer from 1998 to 2000.
