Previously, he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and President and Chief Operating Officer of Clear Channel Communications, Inc. from May 2004 to October 2004 and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Clear Channel Communications, Inc. prior to May 2004. Mr. M. Mays also serves on the Board of Directors of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. and Clear Media Limited.
