Mark A. Crosswhite, Elected in 2008. Executive Vice President of External Affairs since February 1, 2008. Previously served as Senior Vice President and Counsel of Alabama Power from July 2006 through January 2008; Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary of Southern Power from March 2004 through January 2005; and Vice President of SCS from March 2004 through January 2008. Prior to March 2004, Mr. Crosswhite was a partner at the law firm of Balch & Bingham LLP.
