Mr. Sloan is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sloan Financial Group, Inc. and Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of both NCM Capital Advisers, Inc. and NCM Capital Management Group, Inc. Mr. Sloan serves as a director of each of the abovementioned firms and SCANA Corporation and is a trustee of CREF (College Retirement Equities Fund), a registered investment company, and the TIAA-CREF Funds Boards. Director of the Corporation since 2000. Director of the Bank (i) 1980 to 2001; and (ii) since June 2005.
